Project Background

Focus MEP have secured the MEP contract to Design & Build the MEP services for the innovative housing development in Clyro. The development is supported by Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government Innovative Housing Programme (IHP) and will be trialling new heating solutions and construction methods to achieve high thermal ratings in order to optimise energy efficiency.

We look forward to working in partnership with Jehu Project Services and Powys County Council to deliver this exciting new scheme.
